EXPERIENCE WITH A PURPOSE
I’m a senior cloud and full-stack software engineer with more than 12 years of experience, from building websites for smaller businesses to delivering payments, subscriptions, finance automation, and cloud platforms.
My work has taken me through Which?, Cazoo, and Tata Consultancy Services. I’ve worked across architecture, implementation, release pipelines, and production operations, alongside product teams, finance teams, and other business stakeholders.
Hamsa Software brings that experience to growing subscription and online service businesses with small finance teams. The starting point is often a recurring payment investigation, reconciliation task or report. We establish the baseline, improve a bounded workflow and measure the result. The broader portfolio covers business applications and workflow automation; payments, subscriptions, integrations and finance operations; and applied AI, document processing and prediction-related applications.
My professional integration experience includes NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe and Salesforce. These systems span finance, subscriptions, payments and customer records—the handovers where manual work can accumulate. A customer’s specific connections still need their own scope, access and testing.

Senior Product Engineer
Payment provider migration, an in-house subscription platform, Apple Pay integrations, and clearer visibility into purchase journeys. Contract delivery through Hamsa Software Ltd. The payment migration reduced processing costs by approximately £60,000 per month.
Senior Software Engineer
Serverless finance automation, payment reconciliation, revenue reporting, and NetSuite ERP integrations in a regulated, audited environment. A weekly revenue-reporting process fell from 120+ minutes to approximately 20 minutes.
Software Engineer
While consulting at TCS, I contributed to PwC’s internal holiday-booking application and NLP/ML document-redaction tool, and to forecasting/prediction work for Apple. These projects reached production. I also contributed to proofs of concept: a root-cause-analysis application for Microsoft and an OCR engine for scanned Arabic documents for a Dubai-based government office. These were TCS consulting contributions, rather than direct Hamsa Software Ltd contracts. Read the project summaries and their stages.
THE WAY I WORK
You should understand what is being built, why it matters and what happens when something fails. I use conventional software for exact rules and calculations. Where an AI agent can help investigate varied evidence, its access, approval requirements and outcome checks are defined for that workflow. My AI Institution and Tamperward work explores the engineering behind those boundaries; it is not a claim that every customer integration already exists.
My background also includes software-development training and mentoring, a first-class BSc in Computer Science, and an MSc in Network Security and Penetration Testing with Distinction from Middlesex University.
